The root cause of the monitoring and screening service incident has been found. There will be system updates to restore screening data. When the data is restored, the final report and sealing functionality in the AML services will be active again.
When the screening data is updated, there might be new hits in your AML portal for persons and companies. The new hits might also lead to updated risks.
We are currently investigating a system incident affecting our core Pliance Screening and Monitoring module for PEP and sanctions. Our Engineering team has been engaged to identify and resolve the root cause.
