Recipients unable to access signing from email invitation

Identified
Identified

We have identified the root cause of the unclickable email actions in the notification emails sent by Verified eSign. The issue is due to a structural compatibility conflict with the HTML rendering engine used by older desktop versions of Microsoft Outlook (2007–2019), after the latest platform upgrade earlier today.

While our engineering team creates a patch for this desktop client limitation, if you're an affected user, you'll be able to open email links by opening the Verified notification emails via Outlook on the Web (M365) or through a mobile email client (we have tested with Gmail).

We are working to deploy the fix as quickly as possible and will update you once it is live.
