On Saturday, August 16, 2025, between 02:00 and 09:40 AM CET, customers may have experienced an issue where newly created envelopes were not visible in their Verified Dashboard or Archive sections. This was due to a third-party networking issue.
Our engineering team has successfully resolved the issue, and the Verified eSign service has been fully restored. We are actively resyncing any envelopes that were affected during this time.
If you created an envelope during the affected timeframe and received an email notification for it, but the envelope is not available in your Verified Archive, please raise a case with Verified Support so we can assist you.
