We are investigating an issue within Verified eSign where multiple notifications are being sent for a single signed document.
While this behavior appeared isolated during the first half of the day, we have seen an increase in reports this afternoon. To clarify, the signing and sealing process is completing successfully; however, the notification service is erroneously triggering multiple times for the same document.
Actions Taken Remediation Attempt: Our engineering team made a configuration adjustment to the notification service to prevent these redundant sends.
Monitoring: We are monitoring the service to ensure that notification triggers have stabilized and that users are receiving only the expected single alert per document.
If the latest change does not remediate the issue, a new status will be provided early tomorrow.
