The issue affecting the speed of signed PDF generation has been successfully resolved, and service has returned to normal.
All pending PDF generation jobs are now processing and are expected to be completed within the next few hours.
The issue is still in progress, and our engineering team is currently undertaking additional work to improve the overall PDF generation performance.
This includes re-prioritizing some of the envelopes created earlier today. This means that if you created an envelope today, the signed PDF may become available for download later on.
We are working to optimize these settings to prevent this issue from occurring again.
