Start: Saturday, May 16th, 23:00 (11:00 PM) CET End: Sunday, May 17th, 01:00 (1:00 AM) CET

Estimated Duration: 2 Hours

On Saturday evening, our third-party infrastructure provider will be performing a critical update that affects the core infrastructure supporting our Pliance AML Screening and Pliance TMS (Transaction Monitoring System) products.

To ensure a seamless transition and long-term platform stability, Verified will be performing a coordinated maintenance window during this time.

Service Impact

During this 2-hour window, the following capabilities will be temporarily unavailable within Pliance AML Screening, Pliance TMS, AML 1.5 and AML NextGen:

  • Screening Services: Automated checks against global sanction lists
  • PEP Identification: Screening for Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)
  • Transaction Monitoring

This maintenance slot has been specifically selected during a period of historically low traffic across the targeted screening systems. By executing these changes late on Saturday night, we aim to eliminate any impact on your standard business operations. Once the third-party update is complete, we will perform a series of automated health checks to ensure all screening and monitoring services are fully restored before the start of the next business day.

We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure upgrade may cause. For any questions, please contact our support team at support@verified.eu.
