We are currently investigating a system incident affecting our core Pliance Sanctions Screening and Monitoring module. Our Engineering team has been engaged to identify and resolve the root cause.

Impacted Services

This disruption affects the continuous PEP Screening and Monitoring processes within the following products

  • Pliance Screening
  • AML 1.5 Portal
  • AML NextGen

While working to fix the core issue, we have temporarily disabled the sealing of assessments. This action prevents the creation of final reports while this system incident is addressed.
