Email notification formatting issue affecting Microsoft Outlook Enterprise client users
The investigation triggered by this incident has been closed with the following resolution:
No email formatting issues for Verified multitenant email notifications have been identified for Microsoft Outlook client users (both Web & Desktop). A new improvement CR has been reported for Verified Singletenant to improve the display of email notifications on Microsoft Outlook Desktop version.
We are aware that Verified email notification emails are displayed incorrectly when visualizing the Verified system emails using the Microsoft Outlook Enterprise desktop client. (missing icons, extra characters for the hyperlinks &)
Our team has started investigating this issue and we'll provide a status update soon.
