We are currently investigating an issue affecting the ID Control and authentication services within AML Next Gen.
Users are currently unable to proceed when starting an ID Control check. Clicking on the "Start ID Control" action may trigger an error, preventing the process from completing.
Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will provide updates here as they become available.
