Recovering

Following our investigation into the intermittent errors when sending KYC forms in AML 1.5 Portal, our Engineering team has implemented a configurational change aimed at preventing any new KYC creation issues of this nature. We believe this change will significantly improve the reliability of the form submission process going forward.

Important Action Required for Existing Forms:

Unfortunately, for any KYC forms created within the last 3 business days, where you are still encountering the "Request failed with status code 409 or 500" error, we advise you to recreate these KYC forms. The recent change addresses new submissions, but existing problematic forms cannot be successfully processed.

We will continue to closely monitor the system to ensure the effectiveness of this change. Thank you for your patience!
