The current data incident is not expected to be fixed during the business day. (Jan 6th) Unfortunately, dependencies require the intervention of a key third-party supplier, and the current public holiday in SE makes progress slow.
If you have a custom flow with a required data lookup service for company and/or person information, an alternative is to reach out to support@verified.eu and request that we adjust a custom template to not rely on the data lookup as a required input, and instead use a manual step for your users.
The ongoing disruption to the data lookup service is taking longer to resolve than we initially expected due to a third party dependency.

We're still working with the issue, unfortunately no estimated time to resolution at this point.
However, we can confirm it does not affect data sources on AML Next Gen, as previously stated.
