We have completed the necessary adjustments to the person and company lookup functionalities within Verified Templates and the AML 1.5 portal. Following a series of updates over the past several weeks to align our data sources with GDPR requirements and optimize performance, we have confirmed that the lookup service is performing as expected.

Short update custom flows (templates):

The team has now successfully mapped company data into our custom flows, and is now aiming to restore board members as well. They are being retrieved for use in signing.

If everything works well during testing, the fix will be in place at 5:00 PM today, or earlier tomorrow morning.

Efforts to restore our data lookup services are progressing. Thanks to collaborative work with the data third-party supplier, FI AML 1.5 data lookups are now available. We expect the remaining work on Swedish company data and financial data mapping to continue into early next week.

We understand the severe impact this disruption has on your daily operations, particularly for those relying on automated credit checks and onboarding. We share your frustration and are working urgently with multiple data providers to restore the standard lookup operations.

If this incident is currently blocking your business operations, please email support@verified.eu to request a template adjustment that allows for manual data entry until the remaining services are fully restored.

Hello,

The current data incident is not expected to be fixed during the business day. (Jan 6th) Unfortunately, dependencies require the intervention of a key third-party supplier, and the current public holiday in SE makes progress slow.

If you have a custom flow with a required data lookup service for company and/or person information, an alternative is to reach out to support@verified.eu and request that we adjust a custom template to not rely on the data lookup as a required input, and instead use a manual step for your users.

We're still working with the issue, unfortunately no estimated time to resolution at this point.

However, we can confirm it does not affect data sources on AML Next Gen, as previously stated.
